ACTAtek Agent 2 cơ bản được sử dụng nhằm mục đích lấy các dữ liệu bản ghi từ các thiết bị ACTAtek theo thời gian thực và không có bất kỳ và không có bất kỳ trở ngại nào nhằm giúp tiết kiệm thời gian và công sức trong việc tải lấy dữ liệu và xử lý lưu trữ từ các máy ACTAtek tới máy tính hoặc server. Ứng dụng này sẽ giúp cho bên thứ 3 là các nhà phát triển giải pháp hoặc phần mềm ứng dụng có thể dễ dàng tích hợp thiết bị ACTAtek vói mục đích của họ.  Các tính năng quan trọng của ACTAtek Agent 2:

ACTAtek Agent2 is a Web based middleware to help poll out the event log data from remote ACTAtek device back to the backend database in real time. This will save time and administrative efforts on backup the data from the ACTAtek to the backend database. The backend database which ACTAtek Agent2 support are MS SQL CE/ SQL /MySQL /TEXT&CSV files. This will enable the 3rd  party software/application to be easily integrated with ACTAtek device in a minute.

ACTAtek Agent Log Viewer

Once successfully installed Agent2 and have ACTAtek devices registered with it, the administrator can Login to Agent2 ,and then go to “Log Viewer” to check the polling out data in real time. The data collected include the User ID, Time entry, Event ID and Terminal serial number. This data can either be manipulated in Access Database to generate time attendance reports, or exported to third party applications, including payroll and other HR software via back-end database integration.
